7 Virtues: Let’s Be The Change!
We had the pleasure of working with one very excited and motivating CEO last week - Barb Stegemann is the founder of The 7 Virtues Perfume Collection, and author of the best selling book 7 Virtues of a Philosopher Queen.
If you’re not familiar with this line, get ready - you’re in for a treat.
It’s an innovative company with goals to create positive change and alternative options for farming suppliers in areas experiencing economic struggle or turmoil. It’s fair-trade mentality has not only provided alternative options for farmers in Afghanistan & Haiti, but has helped to grow and sustain these small businesses in an area where there are few other lucrative legal options for farmers and their families.
Peter spotted Barb on the CBC just before Christmas, heard her story and was inspired. After a quick visit to her website, he saw an opportunity to get involved and jumped at the chance.
The result? We all met up in the studio to share a few stories and create a line of fresh images showcasing the 7 Virtues Line. Barb came all the way from Halifax, and was a pleasure to get to know, in the end, she was trilled with the new ‘sexy’ look.
We’re looking forward to seeing the images integrated in to the new campaign at our local Hudson’s Bay stores and online as the year unfolds!
